| January 18th, 2001 was the inaugural show for C.o.R.E - Constructs of Ritual Evolution. The show took place at Numbers in Houston, TX and I had been invited by my friend Steve Joyner to open the show and play a small role in the C.o.R.E. show as well. I arranged a rental car and Scott and I prepared for what has become an alomst regular routine - driving nonstop from NY to Texas. Along the way, we would be picking up Brent Hedgespeth at Body Rites Indiana and then direct to Steve's house in Houston. |

| Alot of other people came to Houston for the show to help out as well, including a number of from TSD who came in from Dallas and Austin, and make the show great. A special bonus for me was that Meghan was able to come from Austin to see the show and spend some time with me. My show went off well, with a great audience that loved participating in the show. The C.o.R.E. show was an excellent theatrical telling of an elemental creation story illustrated by a number of suspensions from a single large frame. It was no small undertaking and the crowd appreciated it. |
