Klondike Days

 Edmonton, Alberta

July 22-26, 2003

After the convention in Puerto Rico, we flew directly to Edmonton, Alberta Canada for a 5 shows at Klondike Days. Klondike Days is a very large fair like event with a full midway of rides, a casino (where we performed), huge vendor displays, rodeo events, and much more.

The city of Edmonton also has a great deal to offer - including one of the world's largest malls which houses an amusement park, a water park, an aquarium, a hockey rink, a miniature gold course, and the numerous requisite shops and restaraunts.

While we there we got to meet and hang out with Scott Mclelland (Carnival Diablo - who had performed the week previous to us on the same stage) and Ryan Stock aka Rupert in the new Jim Rose cast.

Unfortunately, I was sorely lax i my camera duties and only came home with a few shots of the dolphin and bears from the mall and this shot of the entrance to our performance area. Look on the middle column and you can my name listed at the bottom. What I should have gotten pictures of were the huge photo banners they had created put on display inside the casino and elsewhere on the events grounds. It was a great deal of fun and were treated very well.

While I may have fallen behind on still shots, I did get every night's show on video and eventually I will capture and edit it and post some clips here online.
