| Once I knew I was going to Orlando for the month,
I made it well known on IAM:BME and other places with hopes of
getting the chance to see and hang out with people from the area
that I hadn't yet gotten the chance to meet in person. High on
this list were ThEternal (Brian) and Jason and Frances Sand.
I had missed a chance to meet the Sands when a talk show engagement
fell through earlier this year. After some back and forth on
IAM we decided to meet in downtown Orlando and then get dinner.
We ate at Gino's Pizza - which features a refillable 32 oz. beer
cup. Of course, Scott and I got the beer cups - we thought they
would make good souvenirs beyond the 3/4 gallon of beer we ended
up drinking. After Gino's we hit a nearby by bar and talked about
life, body mod, and other typical topics. We almost forgot about
pictures, but remembered before Jason and Frances had to go because
of work in the morning. |
